About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Immigration clearance before transfer lounge at Beijing Capital Airport

I am arriving on Malaysia air at 12:20 Am on the 7th from kula lumpur and have a 10 hour layover before I catch the American Airlines flight to the US. Do I have to clear immigration before going to the hourly lounge in T3 and in the morning do I have to go through security etc again before I can get to my AA departure gate?

Yes, you have to go through immigration before heading for the hourly lounge and in the morning, you shuld pass security again to catch your plane.
