About:Harbin Weather

We are going to harbin early Feburary'14, my daughter is only 10 years old,do you think is suitable to bring her along?

what is the weather there at Feburary.

The average temperature is around -7 to -17C.
It is ok to bring her and I think she will be very excited to see that wonderful snow world.
But it is suggested to take the thick coats such as thick sweaters, down jacket, gloves and mufflers.
