About:Chinese Embassy in Mexico

I have been in China in Feburary and April this year, and need to go again in early June?

I want to know if there are any restrictions on business visas for Mexican citizens at present? If so, what is planned for lifting them?

At present, it is very difficult for Mexican citizens to get any type of Chinese visa.
