Also I can't understand the part were Egyptians don't need a visa to visit Hong Kong! Does that mean I don't have to make an appointment at the embassy?! Or what?

Hi, if you want to visit mainland China, the visa procesing regularly takes 4 working days. But if you mean to visit HK, you are exempted from visa if you plan to stay there for not more than 90 days.
