Can I walk from the Railway station to Ibis Hotel ?  or is there any bus passing the hotel or nearest spot?   thank you

No, walking is no a good idea, because the hotel is a little 3.5km away from the train station. You can take a taxi to get there easily or take bus no.  64, 94, 16, 74, 103, or  101 to get off at China Life Insurance Compamny bus stop (Daoli Qijiedao Station) and then walk to the hotel.
