About:How to Choose China Train Ticket Types?

Travelling Kunmig to Lijing overnight train ...is a 'soft sleeper' for 2 persons only? if thre a 2 person only option?

Regarding the soft Sleeper, there are 4 beds in one compartment. You two need to share with other two passengers. There is no option for 2 passengers. But I rememer there is VIP cabin available on one of the train for 3 passengers.
