Yes, it is a very good place to buy furniture there and local Shunde Lecong Furniture Center is most recommended.
Where are u going to depart from Guangzhou? Anyway, generally I suggest you use Metro+bus to get there. Guangzhou subway line 1 can take you to Xilang Station, where you can transfer to Guang-Fo line to get off at Kuiqi Road (terminus). Then walk to Liri Haoting bus stop to take bus no. 139 to Jianshe Lukou. Upon getting off, you can see the furniture center.0
