About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

travel with children, what document and how long it's going to take to get the visa?

I are traveling to Beijing free-and-easy with my wife and children, do all of us, including the children, need to present to apply for application?

No, you can handle all applications for your family. Personal attendence is not required unless the consular officers deem it necessary. Generally, processing takes about 4 working days. Round-trip ticket and hotel bookings are required for tourist purpose.
