Re-applying of China Visa

Im going beijing for 35days with a Singapore passport. I have been there for internship 3 years ago. But that was applied by my school. And for a single entry how long is it valid for? The form asked if i have applied China Visa before and i did. But i have renewed my passport and its a new passport. How do i find the previous details? Do i fill in i have applied before or dont?

If you can not provide the previous Chinese visa and copy, then you can just fill in that you are now applying for the first time. Generally, a single entry is issued with 30 days as the duration of stay, but you can extend it while you are in China.
