About:China Postal Service

I hope someone can help me.. I have 2 packages and both of them says PVG from October 25!

The first is RB803311406CN. And the second is RB391808393CN

Yes, the status of both of them does not change for nearly a month. It is so strange! I suggest you try to contact China Post to consult. Here is the number: 86-11185
