About:Postage Rate of China Post International Parcels

Can you tell me where my parcel is? it's already a month and the same status. RB835229833CN

how can i contact china post air mail? the seller doesn't know where the parcel is..i mean he gave me the same information as the tracking sites.

Yeah, that's right that there is no update for nearly a month.
To contact China Post, you can dial 86-11185.
