How to get refund on goods purchase in Beijing ?

After coming back from Beijing last week, I found out that I was scammed in buying of jade pendants and medicine. How can I get refund for those goods purchased ?

Do u have the address or contact of the seller? If not, I'm afraid there is no option unless you go there to get the refund by yourself.
