hi! i would like to book tickets from beijing to shanghai. i have some questions.

HI! I would like to book tickets from Beijing to Shanghai on 03 january 2014  and back on 13 january 2014, and I want to clear up some details: 1) can I pay by my credit card Visa? 2) Where can I collect tickets myself - on the railway station before departure or somewhere else? 3) Is it possible that I pay for tickets but you can't provide them due to some reasons? What are my choices in that case?

1. You could pay by credit card through Paypal online. After you make the reservation, we will send you the detailed instruction. 2. You could pick up the tickets at any of therailay station in China mainland. Or there are some Tickets Office in every city. You could collect the tickets there. 3. On some public holiday in China, the tickets are under great demand and sometimes, we may fail to get it. If we finally didn't buy a ticket for you,  we will refund the money you have paid.
