how to get to south train station from nanjing train staion

May I know how far and what is the most convenient way to go for this journey?.Also the fare if by taxi or local transport. Thanks

It is 15-16km between and subway should be the most convenient way. Local subway line 1 can take you to travel between the two railway stations and it costs CNY3 per person. If you take a taxi, the fare is around CNY40.
