Travel from Guangzhou to Shenzhen (two ways)

what is the fastest mode of transportation required and time taken to & fro Guangzhou? What is the travel cost for public transport (eg. train, taxi, car etc.)? How much time in advance to secure the transport? A BIG THANK You

The fastest transport mode is high-speed train between, which operates between Guangzhou East and SZ Station. It takes around 1h and 20min and costs CNY79.5 for a second class seat and CNY99.5 for a first class seat.

As there are many trains in service every day, you can just go there and buy a ticket, closest to your arrival time.
