About:Year of the Horse

Hi, I am female horse (3 May 54). Have my own company, hope my husband (18 Jan 53) last a lifetime.

I work had at my Company - it has been hard with changes of staff and many pressures. This is my 3rd year, I hope 2014 brings rewards and time for me to enjoy life more (as all I seem to do now is work 24/7). I am quite tired and while my husband and I are happy I feel we need to spend more quality time together - problem is he works hard too and is focused on tasks/work and money constantly. We love each other and I hope we spend our lifetime together. Sometimes I feel I need more affection but he is so practical and sees love is providing for me and doing the jobs needed. He is a good man and father - we have two lovely children. Daughter (30/12/87) and Son (26/2/91). At this time of our life we are spending as much time as possible with our elderly Mothers (mine is 85, husband's 84). Will we ever have the pressure eased for work to rekindle our love and playfulness and time out together again? I cannot continue to keep working at the pace and pressure I have been over the past years (barely had a holiday at all) and work often 7 days per week day and night just to keep on top of the Company. How will it be for me going into the Year of the Horse 2014 and beyond (for love, life, work and play and my family). Thank you, Annie.

Don't worry too much about that! You and your hubby will have a good relationship till the end. My only suggestion is that you two need to spare some time to travel outside, maybe abroad, which will help with your affections between.

Hi Annie. Had to write. My mother is 79 and has had infarct (small bleeds in the brain) these have caused some mild to moderate changes. My twins are 16, my future ex husband is an angry man ( not easy to divorce a lawyer... Ask any lawyer you know)
I believe we are a unique generation of women. It is an interesting time. Tough time but history says women have been through worse. You sound like a sturdy quarter horse who's sound, sure footed and can barrel race like nobodies business! Keep your pace. YOU need some quiet time with or without your man. (Hopefully shagging with but whatever) You set the tone and the pace for your herd. Kick if you must, be loving and productive when you do and get your absolute peace and quiet for 2 waking hours a day doing your favourite things.
