extended chinese visa application in Tokyo

I will be in China for three months and then will come to Japan for a week in May of 2014. I will wish to extend it so I can go back for another month. Can this be done in one day in Tokyo. If I leave my passport at the embassy for processing, can someone else pick it up. Bill

Hi, this is a new application actually, not as an extension. As I know, it can not be done in one day in Tokyo. But it is ok for someone else to collect it from the embassy if you pass his/her the pick-up Form. You can have a try to contact a local travel agency for more details.
