I am really concerned. The status has not been updated in 18 days, please help! Thank you

There is no need to worry about it and this kind of situation is very normal.
When the parcel was on the way, no information was change online. Sometimes, the information online was not updated in time as the real situation. It is suggested to wait for a while and I am sure you will get your parcel in the end.
