Valid Temporary Accommodation Registration Form issued by a local police station or a hotel is required for extension. If you are received by a travel agency, you should provide photocopies of its business license that has been approved by the annual inspection and an official letter in Chinese with official seal from the travel agency addressed to the local Public Security Bureau. But if you are not received by any unit or individual, you should submit a proof of hotel reservation, itinerary, and airline tickets etc.0
