Hi! My package has been status Null and location Can since November 7th. Tracking nr:RB693363488CN

Can you get me some more details where it is and when it will be delivered?

Yes, I get the same infor as you did. Since this status, a package is generally successfully delivered within 20 days. By now, it may have left China.
