Hi, is there a regular ferry from Haikou to Halong Bay, Vietnam?

There is only cruise ship from Yinxiu Port, Haikou to Balong Bay. The cruise 's name is Ocean Dream.
The cruise operates every other day and it lasts about 15 hours in the sea. It starts around 07:00 from Yingxiu Port.
For the price, I am not very clear, but as I know, it is not cheap. It is suggested to consult the local tour agency for the detail price.

I contacted a travel agent in the city for more information but they said the only way to get to Ha Long Bay is by 2-night cruise ship (Star Cruises) from Sanya a couple of times a month. I verified this by checking the Star Cruises web site. As far as HK city is concerned, they said they are not aware of anything. As getting to Ha Long Bay is more important for us than the Hainan island, we decided to go to Ha Noi and try Ha Long Bay from there. I appreciate your time and effort. Keep up the good work :)
