About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

I want to know if student who is living China and she is second year and she has TB will they allow her to continue her education?

Hi, I am afraid not if she has infectious pulmonary tuberculosis because health certificate is required when she applies for residence permit. But I am not sure if this is required if she is the second year student here.
