i am not very clear about your starting place, so it is hard to tell how to reach one by one in detail. In general, the local public bus line 26 can take you from the airport to the Tower and then the A-ma Temple. From the A-ma Temple, you can take the bus line 15A to Ruins of St. Paul's. Then you can walk along the Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro to reach the Senado Square and the Grand Lisboa. From the Grand Lisboa, you can walk to the Grand Emperor Hotel to take the free shuttle bus to Macau Maritime Ferry Terminal and then walk to the Fisherman Wharf.
