About:Year of the Snake

Am born on 1989, (female) I want to continue my study in 2014 or changing my carrier will be helpful ? About my carrier

Please let me know whether my decision is good or bad?

If you want to continue your study, it is suggested to go to. 2014 is a good year to improve yourself and a good year for tests. So if you have already planned to, just go for it.
