About:Marriage Registration in China

Am I my eligible to visit countries like Canada and u.s if I have chinese residence permit?

The Chinese resident permit just allows you to enter and leave PRC. If you want to visit Canada or US, you need to apply for Canadian or US visas (if your country is not on the visa free lists).
