Being a Thai Resident and getting a Tourist Visa for China
I've read a few responses on here where it says if you're not a resident in Thailand you can't get a Chinese Tourist type one. Anyone know why this is? I work in Papau New Guinea but return to Thailand for my downtime. I can get one here provided I complete an additional application as an individual applying for one in a Country I am not Resident. Does that process not also apply in Thailand?
If I book my flights and hotel through a travel agent in Thailand, can they apply for a L type on my behalf?
