About:Chinese Embassy in Spain

Visa for china in madrid with a british passport

I stay in alicante and dont stay in spain long I always coming and going so I dont have resident permit can I still apply for a business visa in madrid , I have a letter of Ivitation of duly Autherized I hold a British passport

I am afraid not if you do not have residence permit valid for more than next 6 months. But you can have a try to contact the CVASC in Madrid directly for this.
