can i extend s2 visa in china for my wife?

Question

I want to know whether i can extend my wife's S2 in china and for how many times can we be allowed to extend it in China.It is possible i can get a month or more extension for her? and later re-apply for another extension?Thanks.

Hi, it can be extended without leaving but the extension will not be issued longer than the original duration of stay. Personally, I think it is possible to extend it if you have documents such as invitation letter, financial support, etc.

Not able to extend, went to ask the same thing for my husband, they said will have to exit before it expires and reapply to come back.. I think it's quite silly.
