From CD Xinnanmen Bus Station, there is one bus at around 09:00 to Xiling Mountain.
From Jinsha Bus Station, there are two buses at around 08:30 and 09:00 to get to the mountain.1

Theoretically, you can make it in one day, because it is only around 100km between the two places. However, there are only several buses running between, so you'd better clarify the bus timetable first and then make a doable plan.1
