About:Chinese Currency & Money Exchange

I need to change RMB, in my account into Australian Dollars.

Is there a legal set limit to how much I can convert from RMB, into Australian Dollars, in my Chinese account, for my trip to Australia.? I am living in China at present, on a 2 year visa.

As I know, there is no limitation to exchange currency from RMB to AUD. However, you'd better make sure how much it is allowed to be taken into Australia first.

The maximum limit to bring into Australia is AUD$10,000. Do not exceed this amount!
