Tourist Visa requirement - Indian national working in Singapore

Hi, I hold an Indian Passport and working in Singapore on a Long term Employment Pass have the following questions -

1. Do I need apply to visit China for 3 days?
2. If Yes, is there a VOA or would I need to approach Chinese Embassy in Singapore to apply for it?
3. What are the associated costs?
Thanks

Yes, you have to apply one from the CVASC branch in Singapore. It is located on No. 80 Robinson Road, #16-01/02/02A, Singapore. It costs around 65 Singaporean dollars for a single entry, 75 for a double entry, 85 for a multiple entries (six months) and 105 for multiple entries (12 months).
