About:China Postal Service

tracking status "null" for more then 20 days Tracking number RB762192154CN

The tracking status has shown NULL for more than 20 days now!
Please help me!

It was in Beijing airport on Oct 22 and from then on, there is no information updated.
Usually, from that status, the parcel was ready for transporting.
