Hi, I'm a filipino citizen, holding philippine passport but I have a swedish permanent residence permit and live permanently in Sweden. My husband and I are travelling to Hongkong next month and stay there for 4 days only.

It's ok currently but not predicable in the future. If HK decides to cancel the privilege given to the citizen of Philippines in the future, then you need to apply one from the Chinese embassy in Sweden before you go.
