About:China Private Visit Visa

is it possible to get the S1 in the Philippines though he is not holding a filipino passport?

hi there. my son is going to the Philippines to get an S1 visa to China. he was born here but unfortunately the government gave him an F valid for 6 months so he needs to change it to S1 as my dependent. since we gave him his father's nationality? btw, Am a Filipino..thanks.. please send me the requierements too.. he'll be travelling with his nanny. do i need to travel with him?. and does he need any permit to travel etc etc...please help.. thanks..

Please may I know what passport he holds? is he a resident in the Philippines?

no.. he's holding a cameroonian passport.. his father's country.. we got him a F type soon as he was born then the immigration told us to convert to S1 as my dependent but he needs to move out of the country. i was thinking we should process his papers in the Philippines since it is nearer to China besides I ( his mom ) is filipino..

It is suggested to do this in Cameroon because I think he does not have any legal document to show residence status in the Philippines. You can also have a try to contact the embassy directly for this.
