Hi, you need to submit your application to CVASC in New Delhi. Address: 2nd Floor Southern Park,D-2, Saket District Center, Behind IFFCO Sadan, New Delhi 110017Fee is Rs 4521 for a single entry. The processing takes about 4 working days.
