HK to ShenZhen... do I need an entry visa?

Hello, my final destination is ShenZhen, but my plane lands in HK and I'm planning to bus to ShenZhen. BTW, I'm Canadian

If you plan to stay there for not more than 5 days, you can apply for Shenzhen VOA at Luohu port. But if you want to stay longer, you should apply for a Chinese visa in advance.
