About:China Visa on Arrival

US citizens in India needing visa for travel to Shanghai

We are US citizens staying in Chennai, India. My husband is here on an Indian multiple entry business visa and I am accompanying him on a multiple entry as well. I could not locate a Chinese consulate or embassy in Chennai to apply for it locally. Would we be able to get a multiple entry business VOA in Shanghai?

No, you can not apply VOA in Shanghai, you should apply for it from CVASC in advance in india. Try to contact the center in Mumbai for more information.
