Is there bus or MTR from Luohu to Shenzhen Northern railway station? MTR or bus better?

There is subway connection for the journey and it is so convenient.
At Luohu Subway Station, take local Luobao Line to Convention and Exhibition Center Station, where transfer to Longhua Line to get off at North Train Station. The metro station and the train station are in the same building actually.
