What is the best way to go fro 81 Meishi street to terminal 2 (Delta) of Beijing capital airport on 6:55am?

You mean you need to reach the airport at 06:55?
If so, you can catch the first airport shuttle bus line 2 from Xidan at 05:10. From where you stay, you can take a taxi to reach Xidan.
