hello from greece. can you help me please for a problem i have with an item ? i have this track number RB193602238CN

i wait 1 month and some days and i never recieve my item. i go every day at my post here in greece an the item never comes to greece. can you help me for this ? How many days takes to come here in greece ?

Sorry to tell you that I can just search that on Sep. 23, it was in Wuhan. Since then, there is no updating. It is suggested to dial 86-11185 to contact China Post for consultation.
