How shoud I translate 玉门关 and 阳关 into English？Yumen Pass ，Jade Gate or Yumen Guan？Yang Pass,Sun Gate or Yang Guan?

But，关（guan） means gate or pass in chinese. Is that repetition?

Maybe that is kinda professional translation, but you can also just say: Yumenguan and Yangguan.
