Malaysian who is a Singapore PR flying to Beijing from Singapore Changi required VISA?

According to my knowledge, you are not required to apply one if you just transit at Beijing airport less than 24 hours. The permanent resident permit holders are different from the citizens of Singapore. You hold the permanent resident permit but you don't have the Singaporean passport, right? That's what I talked about. Singaporeans who hold Singaporean passports enjoy 15 days visa free period in mainland China.
