About:Xian Airport Shuttle Bus

is it difficult to walk from the Xian airport shuttle stop bell tower to the bell tower hotel ?

No, it is very easy to walk to.
After you get off the shuttle bus, you can walk along the street to east side to find the Bell Tower Hotel directly.
