About:Heavenly Lake (Tian Chi)

Is the Tianchi lake in Longnan and how far is it from Chengdu?

I will be in chengdu from 21.2.14 till 12.3.14 and would like to know when in a suitable time to visit the lake

The Tianchi is in Xinjiang instead of Gansu.
The best time to visit that lake is around July to September.
