About:Chinese Consulate in Auckland

Visa for Dutch passenger

Dear madam/sir,

A passenger of us is flying in January to New Zealand.

On her return flight she is going to China to visit her brother.

Unfortunately it isn’t possible to arrange her visa in Holland (because of the validation of 3 months).

Now we would like to know if it’s possible to arrange it in China with your office, a couple of days before her return flight.

How long does it take to arrange it? Does she have to stay for a few days or can you arrange it in one day?

Miss. Huijbers is coming to our office on the 28th of October, hopefully you give us the information today or tomorrow (she find it very difficult to arrange it outside of Holland, because of her bad English) We hope you can give her insurance that it is no problem to arrange it with you.

We hope to hear from you very soon.

Thank your very much in advance.

Best regards,

Susanne Koolen/Ine Giebels-Thijssen

Hi, do you mean to apply from Chinese embassy in NZ? I am afraid not because valid certificates or visa of stay, residence, or other valid certificates of legal staying is required for application in a third country. But maybe she can try to apply for it in Hong Kong instead.
