How long time it takes to get from Shanghai aiport ( terminal 2) to CBD?

Hello, I am flying all way from New Zealand and having layover 6 hrs. at PVG. Is it possible to go and have a look how city looks like? how long time it takes to get to Central business district and coming back? And HAVE another question's. If I check my suitcase in New Zealand, should I take it out In the city for quarantine check or something or its will be sweet and I don't need to worry about?
