i like to go marry with my chinese GF

I like to get marry with my girlfriend on next February 2014. she is from china and myself from Bangladesh. we like to go china to get marry and meet her family.
please advice me if is it possible, or I should get marry in Abu Dhabi before I go to china?
if is it possible inform me which kind of document I need to prefer and how long its take to get visa?
im working Abu Dhabi last three years with one of well establish company base in middle est.
