About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I am an Australian citizen living in the US on Australian Passport.

Can i apply for china visa in the USA at embassy as require urgently and do not have time to post to Australia

Yes, but you need to show your proof of residence there, such as valid certificates or visa of stay, residence, employment or student status.
