About:Shanghai Weather in November

I plan to fly from Shanghai to Beijing on 28 November at noon. What is the risk of flights delays/cancellations because of fog

Hope it is not late to answer your question.
The latest weather forecast tells that it is a cloudy on Nov. 28 and it is not a foggy day. So the flight will not be canceled and not be delayed because of the fog.
