is it easy to drive in shenzhen in rented mobile?

I planned to visit SZ on late January. What is the weather like during this period. Is it difficult to drive on our own when in SZ in rented vehicle? What are the requirements to self drive?

To drive the rented car, you have to hold a Chinese drving lisence, which can be easily got at local Vehicle Administration Department with your international lisence. It will be a little cold in late Jan. there, with the average temp of around 15C. It is suggested to prepare thick long-sleeved shirt and jacket.
